Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns, personal history, and treatment goals, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and other pertinent mental health issues.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, implementing strategies to foster effective communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs, with clear therapeutic objectives and methods of intervention.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, ensuring immediate support and safety.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources for ongoing support.

• Document all therapy sessions accurately and in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and clarity in client records.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and state regulations governing counseling practices to maintain the highest standards of care and professionalism.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Healing, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults and children across various demographics and backgrounds. Your practice will encompass addressing common mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications within the organization.
