Key Responsibilities\n

• Assist in the planning and organization of therapeutic programs and services tailored to the unique needs of patients.

• Communicate regularly with physicians and other clinical staff to provide updates on patient progress, needs, and any critical concerns that may arise.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including clinical and progress notes, in compliance with departmental policies and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans that are informed by thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services, effectively assessing and addressing emotional and behavioral issues that patients may face.

• Engage with family members and other support systems to enhance the treatment process and plan for successful discharge from therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals from diverse backgrounds, many of whom are at significant risk due to complex psychosocial issues. Patients often present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns that require nuanced therapeutic approaches and personalized intervention strategies. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and patient engagement.

• An active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience in crisis intervention, psychological assessment, and treatment planning for various mental health conditions will be regarded favorably. Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual counseling methodologies is also advantageous, given the remote nature of this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
