Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of young clients, establishing rapport through empathetic engagement and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular follow-up appointments to review client progress, assess stability, and discuss discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with each client, ensuring a person-centered approach that addresses specific needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for all clients, adhering to organizational standards.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine appropriate treatment options.

Qualifications\n
