Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to ensure a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, address immediate concerns, and plan for future appointments.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect the clients’ needs and align with their goals.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and updates in a timely and accurate manner to maintain comprehensive treatment records.

• Perform intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ needs and create personalized treatment strategies.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on practice.

• Collaborate with other healthcare staff and professionals to provide holistic care and support for clients.

• Maintain a growth mindset, consistently seeking to improve therapeutic practices and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on youth and young adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. The clinician will work to create inclusive and affirming spaces for diverse populations, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique circumstances and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements for our clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical practices in counseling and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance use disorders.

• Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
