Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at WPS, your responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging sessions that encourage open dialogue among clients, fostering a sense of community and shared experience.

• Providing Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized therapy sessions that assist clients in exploring their emotions, behaviors, and coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 , dependent on qualifications and experience.
