Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, providing the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively while working closely with a supportive team of mental health professionals. You will engage with clients through virtual sessions, phone consultations, and collaborative meetings. Our outpatient office in El Paso serves as a resource hub, offering a space for team collaboration, training, and occasional in-office client visits when necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Regularly communicate with supervisors, direct care staff, and family members to discuss each client’s progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain a well-structured schedule for client appointments, home visits, and progress evaluations, ensuring consistent follow-up and support.
\n
• Coordinate home visits and complete in-home observations, chart reviews, and staff interviews to provide well-rounded care for clients.
\n
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to enhance collaboration within the treatment team.
\n
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes to track clients' development and outcomes.
\n
• Provide training for staff and team members regarding the implementation of program plans and effective documentation practices.
\n
• Act as a liaison with the public and the mental health community to foster partnerships that support our organizational goals.

• Develop training materials and procedures to continuously improve service delivery for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.
