Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients, focusing on their unique mental health challenges.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting techniques to meet diverse needs.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that all aspects of client health are addressed.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client communications.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training sessions to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving individuals and families who may face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. This role supports a diverse clientele dealing with a broad range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and relational challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating with healthcare teams and client-focused teams.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
