Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and coordinate upcoming appointments or potential discharges when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans designed specifically to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Keep accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans to ensure compliance and best practices.

• Perform thorough intake assessments for new clients to determine baseline functioning and formulate appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and maintain professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.
