Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of youth clients, establishing positive and professional rapport while maintaining ethical boundaries.

• Conducting intake assessments to gather comprehensive information on client histories and needs.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Meeting with clients on a regular basis to discuss progress and update treatment plans while also facilitating timely discharge planning when appropriate.

• Documenting client interactions thoroughly, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, using our integrated electronic health record system.

• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and improved outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Holicare, you will primarily work with a youth population facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
