Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health to establish treatment needs and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Lead daily therapy sessions, providing both individual and group counseling that is tailored to clients’ unique situations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including case managers and psychiatrists to ensure integrated and supportive care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress, communicating effectively with clients and other stakeholders.

• Supervise therapeutic activities, ensuring clients engage in constructive experiences that promote healing and growth.

• Provide 24-hour support and monitoring of therapeutic resources as needed, addressing any urgent client needs swiftly and appropriately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on youth and adults who are facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders. You will provide compassionate, client-centered care while building trust and rapport to encourage clients in their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a licensed professional counselor, including supervised clinical practice.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and the ability to customize treatment plans effectively.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients, families, and community partners.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a sign-on bonus to help ease your transition into our team.
