Work Environment\n

This position allows you to enjoy the advantages of working from home while being part of a collaborative and supportive virtual team. You will engage in both telemedicine and in-person sessions, providing flexibility for client appointments and enhancing your work-life balance. Our outpatient office offers a welcoming environment, fostering a culture of professional growth and teamwork. The schedule for full-time employees is Monday through Friday for eight hours per day, while part-time positions allow for greater flexibility, including working hours tailored to meet both personal and client needs from Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments to understand each client’s unique needs, creating tailored therapy plans focused on positive outcomes.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to comprehensive care planning and ensuring that the client’s mental health needs are addressed in all facets of their treatment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Comprehensive Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, with a strong driving belief in the impact of therapy on personal well-being.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging between USD 70,000 and USD 110,000 annually, with additional benefits including a sign-on bonus.
