Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate holistic treatment for clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including webinars and additional training, to stay abreast of current trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base encompassing individuals facing a range of challenges including stress management, relationship issues, and coping with trauma or substance abuse. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will be essential in understanding their individual struggles and crafting effective treatment plans that foster growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating engagement with a variety of client cases.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse, or trauma-informed care is preferred and highly regarded.
