Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews with clients, providing a safe and welcoming space for them to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique mental health needs and facilitate goal setting in collaboration with clients.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, as well as group therapy, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress towards their therapeutic goals, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to foster positive outcomes.

• Empower clients by teaching coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and life skills that promote resilience and personal growth.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience working with culturally diverse populations, showcasing awareness and respect for different backgrounds and perspectives.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a mental health setting, particularly in outpatient care.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms to facilitate efficient service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
