This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing you to effectively manage your counseling responsibilities while working from the comfort of your home. Work Environment\n

This role offers a unique and flexible work environment. You will primarily engage in remote counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform, but you may also conduct in-person meetings as needed, particularly for home visits and assessments. Our outpatient office in Mesa serves as a supportive hub for collaboration with other healthcare professionals, including case managers, physicians, and administrative staff. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client's unique needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors, interdisciplinary team members, family members, and guardians regarding clients’ progress and treatment adjustments.

• Develop and present tentative schedules to supervisors, regularly monitoring appointments, home visits, and evolutionary work tailored to the client's needs.

• Coordinate essential in-home observations and assessments, ensuring adherence to program requirements and comprehensive evaluations of client situations.

• Implement and monitor the effectiveness of treatment program plans, making adjustments as necessary to meet client goals.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, presenting client cases and sharing insights that contribute to collaborative decision-making.

• Document and complete monthly and quarterly progress notes accurately and on time, ensuring that records reflect the client’s trajectory effectively.

• Organize and lead training sessions to certify that colleagues are competent in program practices and required documentation.
\n
• Provide ongoing support through follow-up evaluations, home visits, and observations aimed at furthering client development.

• Actively engage with the public and mental health community, fostering relationships that assist in achieving developmental goals for clients.

• Contribute to the creation of effective procedures and training materials to elevate program quality and outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
