Work Environment\n

This full-time role requires a commitment from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload by establishing rapport, trust, and therapeutic relationships with clients while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress, monitor stability, plan upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge procedures when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, to ensure the continuity of care and compliance with organizational regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate holistic treatment approaches for complex cases, enhancing outcomes through combined expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficiency in using various computer applications, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication purposes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
