Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for assigned patients, understanding their unique backgrounds and therapeutic needs.

• Maintain open and consistent communication as the primary contact for clients regarding their treatment plans, ensuring that all questions and concerns are promptly addressed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC in this role will engage with a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Counselors will be expected to customize their approaches to meet the cultural and personal preferences of their clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and valid LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
