Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by building rapport and establishing strong therapeutic relationships that adhere to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress towards treatment goals, discuss stability, and determine appropriate discharge plans as needed.

• Create, implement, and consistently monitor individualized treatment plans focused on each client’s personal growth and mental health requirements.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client progress notes and treatment plans in adherence to clinic guidelines and state regulations.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather critical information that guides treatment decisions.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a regular basis, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of each client.

• Engage in individual supervision for ongoing professional development and skill enhancement.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare practitioners, to coordinate treatment and share insights regarding client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an unrestricted, independent, and current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a clinical outpatient setting, providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Proficiency in using technology for documentation, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
