The practice operates on a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC at the Psychology Care Center, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities including:

• Managing a personalized caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of trust and a robust therapeutic alliance while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, address ongoing needs, and determine appropriate times for discharge.

• Developing, implementing, and supervising person-centered treatment plans co-created with clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation and progress notes that inform treatment evaluations.

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to understand clients’ histories, needs, and goals.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions each week, applying evidence-based methodologies to support client outcomes.

• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical work and growth.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance client care.

Qualifications\n

• Comfort and proficiency in utilizing various technological tools such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.
