Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead dynamic and interactive group sessions where clients connect, share personal experiences, and support each other in a safe environment.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct tailored one-on-one counseling sessions, exploring clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to help them develop effective coping strategies.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate closely with clients to outline personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that cater to their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Employ various assessment tools and feedback methods to systematically track and evaluate clients' progress and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborative Care: Work alongside other professionals in our multidisciplinary team, coordinating care plans, communicating regularly, and consulting on complex cases to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults facing a range of mental health and mood disorders. You will engage with clients in an outpatient setting, providing the support they need to navigate their challenges, enhance their wellbeing, and foster personal growth. The role demands an understanding of diverse psychological issues and the ability to address them with compassion and expertise.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: Master’s Degree in fields related to counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Licensure: Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is required.

• Experience in Mental Health Treatment: Demonstrated experience working with clients dealing with mental health issues in either outpatient or residential settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
