This position is fully remote, allowing you to deliver telehealth services to your clients from the comfort of your own space. Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Sessions: You will lead engaging and interactive group therapy sessions, allowing clients to share experiences and support each other in their journeys toward recovery.

• Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized counseling sessions to assess clients' emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, guiding them to develop effective coping mechanisms and concrete action plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaboratively formulate individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences, providing a clear roadmap for their recovery.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate and track clients' progress using established assessment tools. You will provide constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Team Collaboration: Work in tandem with other health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and rehabilitation specialists, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination for optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adult clients grappling with various mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma. You will provide empathetic, culturally sensitive counseling that honors each client’s unique journey and background.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Valid LPC licensure in Arizona is a must.

• Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, specifically with patients facing mood and anxiety disorders in both residential and outpatient care settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
