Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Motion Rehab Group, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the needs and challenges of your clients, developing personalized treatment plans.

• Engaging in regular communication with supervisors, families, and support networks to ensure continuity of care and to discuss client progress.

• Providing a structured schedule for client appointments, home visits, and necessary follow-ups to monitor therapeutic advancement.
\n
• Coordinating home visits as required, which may involve observation, reviewing documentation, and conducting interviews to gather necessary data.

• Implementing program plans that cater to individual patient needs, ensuring that all interventions are effective and tailored to advance their treatment goals.

• Participating actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client status and collaborate on care strategies.
\n
• Documenting monthly and quarterly progress notes to track improvements and adjust treatment plans as needed.
\n
• Facilitating training sessions for staff and team members to ensure everyone is equipped with the skills and knowledge to adhere to the program plans.

• Providing continuous support via follow-up interviews, alongside conducting thorough home visits and observations.
\n
• Maintaining organized records to ensure all relevant information is easily accessible to authorized personnel and fosters transparent communication.

• Acting as a liaison with the broader mental health community, facilitating connections that help support the achievement of development goals for both clients and the organization.

• Assisting in the creation and enhancement of training materials that aim to refine programs for individuals seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including both adults and youth, presenting a variety of mental health challenges. You will employ a range of therapeutic approaches, including family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, and substance misuse interventions, depending on each client's unique needs. Emphasizing empathy, respect, and trust, you will foster a safe environment that encourages clients to engage with their healing process.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

• A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport building with a wide range of clients.

• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
