Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapy plans based on each client's specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, group sessions, couples counseling, and family therapy.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to promote client healing and growth.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans and provide comprehensive client care.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay updated on the latest advancements and research in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
