Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic methodologies suited to client needs.

• Serve as the primary contact for your clients, guiding them through their treatment journey and ensuring timely and effective communication.

• Implement trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practices to promote client wellness and resilience.

• Maintain impeccable documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling center serves a diverse clientele, with a specific focus on children and adolescents who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field, with valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience\n

Previous experience working within a community health setting is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, set between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year , reflecting the importance of your expertise and contributions to the organization.
