Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide high-quality counseling services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and family counseling, addressing various psychological issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Engage in regular collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care and to facilitate coordination of services.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting session notes, treatment plans, and progress towards therapy goals.

• Stay informed on the latest research and evidence-based practices in mental health counseling, actively participating in workshops and training sessions for ongoing professional development.

• Participate in weekly staff meetings to discuss client outcomes, share insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a lucrative salary, you will have access to unlimited client referrals, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients while we take care of the administrative aspects such as billing and paperwork.
