Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations, including intake interviews, to accurately determine the needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans.

  Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

  Adapt your therapeutic techniques based on ongoing assessments and feedback to ensure the effectiveness of treatment interventions and support client progress.

  Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care, while participating actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.

  Maintain detailed, accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
