Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients and gather pertinent background information.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with best practices and evidence-based methodologies to address clients’ unique situations.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies, while fostering a warm and empathetic atmosphere.

• Continuously evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed to maximize their potential for recovery and personal development.

• Refer clients to additional mental health services or specialists as necessary to ensure comprehensive care and support.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, ethical standards, and the latest counseling techniques to provide the highest quality care to clients.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid LPC licensure in the state of Georgia is mandatory to practice.

• Proven ability to create and implement customized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each individual.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LPC position offers a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 to $90,000 annually, reflecting experience and qualifications.
