Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions to foster a supportive environment where clients can share experiences, provide peer support, and develop coping skills.

• Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized therapy sessions that delve into clients' thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, working collaboratively to develop actionable coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create tailored, goal-driven treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs and aspirations.

• Ongoing Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools to evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and healthcare professionals, coordinating care and discussing treatment strategies for complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with young adults aged 18 to 30, who may be experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or transitional issues related to young adulthood. You will be pivotal in helping them navigate these difficulties, empowering them to reclaim their lives and develop resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a:

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field;

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Pennsylvania;

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
