Key Responsibilities\n

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client interviews, ensuring holistic care that addresses various mental health issues.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, adapting methods to fit each client's unique context.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and progress assessments to measure outcomes and adjust treatment paths as necessary.

• Actively engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, thereby fostering comprehensive support for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards, ensuring that documentation accurately reflects client interactions and treatment plans.

Qualifications\n
