Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client’s needs and challenges, developing individualized treatment plans that are both actionable and compassionate.

• Provide evidence-based therapy, including individual, family, and group counseling sessions that focus on supporting clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health disorders.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals to ensure clients receive well-rounded support, facilitating interdisciplinary meetings when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, detailing treatment plans, progress notes, and any relevant client interactions.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in ongoing training sessions to develop new therapeutic techniques and improve existing skills.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and trust throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients facing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. The diverse client base encompasses individuals struggling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relational issues. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that each treatment plan aligns with their unique circumstances, goals, and cultural considerations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling (LPCC) or a related field is required.

• Must hold a valid and active LPCC license in California.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is required, with a history of providing unsupervised clinical services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In this role, you will receive a competitive annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, based on your caseload and experience level.
