Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to accurately identify clients' needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring therapeutic goals align with clients' unique circumstances.

• Select and utilize various therapeutic modalities based on individual client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including medical doctors and social workers, to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes, driving a team-oriented approach to mental health.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring the integrity of client information.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest research and best practices in the mental health field, and participate in relevant workshops and training sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience is required, preferably within a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Specializations in trauma-informed care, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling are highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated knowledge of ethical guidelines, regulatory compliance, and clinical practices in mental health counseling.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms to ensure efficiency in managing client information and appointments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with the severity of caseload and years of experience.
