Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders in a variety of contexts.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual counseling sessions, as well as couples and group therapy sessions, tailored to specific client dynamics.

• Educate clients on coping mechanisms, self-care strategies, and resilience-building techniques to promote their mental well-being.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout the therapy process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as appropriate.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of therapy sessions, including treatment progress and client interactions, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
