Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, assessing their mental health status through comprehensive evaluations.

• Facilitate various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, or solution-focused brief therapy, based on client requirements.

• Engage with clients through individual and group sessions, working to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships that promote personal growth.

• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Participate in professional development workshops and team training sessions to stay abreast of evolving mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications\n
