Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance that our counselors greatly value. While you will primarily engage with clients through telehealth platforms, you will also have opportunities for face-to-face sessions within our outpatient office. Our office operates with flexible hours from 7 am to 10 pm, ensuring that we meet the varying needs of our clients. As a member of our team, you will be integral to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop personalized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions that encompass individual sessions, group therapies, and family counseling.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to foster effective client outcomes.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, attending team meetings and case consultations as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest evidence-based practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong grounding in legal and ethical standards relating to counseling practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and commitment. The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance. Benefits include guaranteed pay with annual increases, paid orientation, monthly professional development workshops, and paid time off. Importantly, we offer no required on-call duties and provide No Show Protection to support our counselors' flexibility.
