Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Engage clients in meaningful therapy sessions that cater to their specific needs, enabling them to navigate challenges effectively.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation as per legal and ethical requirements, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, who may be facing various mental health challenges, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
