Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate support to mental health clients, guiding them through the complexities of navigating both physical and behavioral healthcare systems.

• Conduct thorough assessments using evidence-based screening tools to determine individual client needs and report findings to relevant healthcare parties.

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventions designed to promote lasting positive changes in patients’ lives.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating on comprehensive care strategies for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational standards and EHR systems.

• Educate patients and their families on available resources and services to encourage engagement in health promotion and disease prevention efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse populations struggling with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your ability to establish rapport and trust with clients will be crucial as you help them navigate their personal journeys toward recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current LPC licensure in Pennsylvania.
\n
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant counseling experience, ideally in a clinical or community-based setting.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills essential for effective patient interactions and team collaboration.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple responsibilities seamlessly.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working in integrated healthcare settings and familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches will be regarded as advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n
