Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care and coordinate additional services as needed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and continuing education to stay current on trends and innovations in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on providing counseling services to a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and related mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting is required.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a broad range of clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
