Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities appropriate to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions, workshops, and reviewing current mental health research to stay informed of best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at North East Alliance Health Systems, you will work primarily with clients who have limited access to traditional mental health care resources. Our patient population includes individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will play a key role in creating tailored therapeutic plans that consider the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency using EMR software and related technologies to document patient care effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and availability.
