Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine client needs and treatment goals.

• Engage in ongoing evaluation and modification of treatment plans, conducting follow-up sessions as necessary to address evolving client needs.

• Participate actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to collective treatment strategies.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Stay informed about the latest mental health trends and best practices, integrating new insights into your clinical approach.

• Document all client interactions thoroughly in our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work closely with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, and trauma. Your training and experience will help you provide culturally competent care and establish rapport with clients from different backgrounds.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current Clinical Licensure (LMFT) is required.
