Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients to address various challenges, including but not limited to trauma, depression, anxiety, relational conflicts, grief, and communication barriers.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the client’s specific needs, preferences, and cultural background.

• Create a safe and trusting environment by establishing rapport and fostering open communication with clients and families.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support clients’ treatment goals effectively.

• Work collaboratively with fellow clinicians, mental health professionals, and case managers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing urgent emotional distress or emergencies.

• Consistently pursue opportunities for professional development in specialized areas of interest, which may include trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couple’s therapy, to enhance your clinical skill set.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This includes conducting family therapy sessions, individual counseling, and offering specialized support for children and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
