Work Environment\n

This position enables flexibility and autonomy, operating primarily in a remote setting, with an outpatient office structure that supports facilitated collaboration among therapists and families. Your work schedule will be structured from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for balanced work-life integration while serving clients effectively. As a member of our team, you will engage in team meetings and group consultations, ensuring you are supported in your professional endeavors and equipped to provide the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to accurately assess mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, facilitating individual, family, and teletherapy sessions tailored to client needs.
\n
• Document all therapeutic sessions diligently, including updates to diagnosis and treatment plans, following the organization’s policies and clinical guidelines.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other professionals—including case managers and educational staff—to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.
\n
• Employ creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals, utilizing various techniques and modalities relevant to couples and family therapy.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, embodying the values of acceptance and compassion in every interaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent field.

• Possession of a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong understanding of family therapy methodologies, mental health documentation practices, and knowledge of community resources.

• Proven experience in managing clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and interdisciplinary team members.

• Ability to demonstrate and model appropriate boundaries while nurturing a safe therapeutic environment.

• A commitment to working with diverse populations and understanding their unique challenges.

• Must pass a background check prior to employment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
