This role allows for the flexibility of remote therapy sessions while also being part of an outpatient practice setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Complete ongoing documentation including assessments, treatment plan reviews, and clinical notes in compliance with Riverbend's policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
\n
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week to meet full-time status requirements, offering both individual and group therapy services.
\n
• Regularly collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including case managers, medical personnel, and educational staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to help clients set, achieve, and exceed their personal and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and trainings to enhance skills and contribute to team development.
\n
• Engage in the development and nurturing of a positive team culture that prioritizes support, humor, and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. Riverbend Psychotherapy Services embraces a diverse clientele, and you will have the opportunity to apply culturally competent practices when working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+ individuals, and bilingual clients. Your ability to connect with a varied client base is essential in fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid LMFT PA clinical license is required.
\n
• Proven experience in completing clinical documentation, including treatment plans and case notes.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective client interactions and documentation.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain healthy boundaries with clients.
\n
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, preferably Valant, along with proficiency in Office 365.

• Must pass a background check.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in a remote therapy capacity is advantageous.

• Experience in various therapeutic modalities and family systems theory will be beneficial.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote therapy.
