Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Aspiria, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to promote emotional health and relational harmony.

• Developing, implementing, and reviewing personalized treatment plans aligned with each client's specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Maintaining detailed and timely documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and adhere to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LMFT will directly involve a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as communication issues, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, and relationship disruptions. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Washington State.

Aspiria offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
