Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Engage in active development and implementation of personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client feedback.

• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR), ensuring documentation practices comply with both ethical standards and organizational requirements.

• Collaborate regularly with fellow clinicians and participate in team meetings to foster a shared learning environment and improve treatment strategies.

• Stay abreast of best practices in therapy, engaging in professional development activities such as workshops and webinars to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will center around a wide-ranging client base that presents with various challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety disorders, trauma, and pivotal life transitions. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, facilitating healing and growth within the community.

Qualifications\n

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field, ensuring a solid theoretical foundation in therapeutic techniques.

• Demonstrated clinical skills and a proven capacity to work effectively across varied demographics and client situations.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, allowing for seamless interactions with clients, colleagues, and administrative staff.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
