Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments for clients to determine their needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Providing psychotherapy to various client demographics, including individuals, couples, and families, both in-person and via telehealth.
\n
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and referring clients to additional resources as needed for comprehensive care.
\n
• Documenting session notes and treatment plans promptly and accurately, adhering to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
\n
• Participating in ongoing professional development, including maintaining CEUs, and contributing to team meetings and case discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients as well as children and adolescents, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues. Our clients typically seek assistance for conditions such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will be vital in fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships and facilitating positive change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Must hold a current and valid Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Washington State.

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.

• Demonstrate a commitment to ethical practice and adherence to clinical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with the following experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, with a focus on individual therapy, couples therapy, or family therapy.
