Work Environment\n

As a remote position, our therapists enjoy the flexibility of working from home while utilizing telehealth to connect with clients. However, the role may also involve occasional in-person engagements at our outpatient office as needed. Your workspace will be equipped with the necessary technology and tools to ensure seamless communications and service delivery, including secure telemedicine platforms that comply with the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary Child and Family team meetings to discuss treatment plans, adjust strategies as needed, and review client progress to ensure effective outcomes.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide regular updates and discharge reports, adhering to established timelines set by the organization and relevant regulatory bodies.

• Maintain rigorous client confidentiality protocols by securing all records and upholding the standards set by HIPAA and state regulations.

• Utilize evidenced-based practices to diagnose and effectively treat children and adolescents, ensuring that treatment strategies are culturally competent and evidence-based.

• Work collaboratively with clients to implement individualized treatment strategies, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to promote mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with both child and adolescent clients. You will focus on fostering therapeutic relationships that support their emotional and behavioral development. This includes engaging families in the therapeutic process to enhance treatment effectiveness and ensuring that all therapeutic interventions are adaptable to each client’s unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Robust understanding of psychological theories related to personality development, human behavior, and family dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
