Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in multidisciplinary Child and Family team meetings to discuss treatment planning and review progress, ensuring all parties involved are aligned in delivering effective care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, developing individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs. You will also perform treatment updates and prepare discharge reports as cases conclude.

• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times, upholding the integrity and safety of client records as per agency, contract, and licensing regulations.

• Utilize your expertise to accurately diagnose children and adolescents, employing evidence-based methodologies tailored to their unique situations.

• Plan and implement effective therapeutic strategies to promote healthy development and emotional resilience in children and adolescents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children, adolescents, and their families, who often grapple with a variety of psychological and emotional challenges. You will encounter clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, and your role will be pivotal in navigating these complex dynamics to foster healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field is required.

• Demonstrated experience with a minimum of 2 years working in a similar clinical setting.

• Strong foundational knowledge of theories related to developmental psychology, human behavior, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in community health settings, particularly with at-risk populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
