Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the frequency, intensity, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring that the assessment process is thorough and culturally sensitive.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans, taking into account their unique needs, goals, and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in achieving their treatment objectives.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices to promote active engagement in their own recovery.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and sessions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients, addressing both mental health and medical concerns.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and treatment strategies to enhance therapeutic approaches within the clinic.

• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards while ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to enrich your therapeutic skills and practices.

You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, each with unique challenges and life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 52,000 to USD 100,000 per year, based on qualifications and professional experience.
