Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing teletherapy platforms tailored to clients' needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans through collaborative discussions with clients, ensuring that each plan accounts for their unique experiences and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to support client growth and recovery.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and therapy progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational protocols.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance collective knowledge and improve treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Mending Within, you will work primarily with clients from varied backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your role will focus on addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active LMFT license issued by the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
