Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based interventions, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Educate and support clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.
\n
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans regularly to ensure effective outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated, holistic care.
\n
• Stay current with the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatments to continually enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Ensure that all client records are maintained accurately and confidentially, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

• Advocate for clients by addressing mental health stigma and addressing their needs comprehensively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Lifeline Community Care, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals suffering from mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.
