Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, using standardized tools and methods to ensure comprehensive understanding.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and methods for monitoring progress over time.

• Provide therapeutic counseling sessions both virtually and through occasional in-person interactions, aimed at helping clients navigate their life challenges with dignity and support.

• Facilitate individualized service plans collaboratively with clients, assisting them in accessing vital community resources that can aid in their recovery.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans as necessary to ensure client safety.

• Forge strong partnerships with community agencies to coordinate services, advocate for client needs, and enhance service delivery.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about available resources and promote the services of Everyone Counseling Services.

• Participate in regular case conferences, interdisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing training sessions to stay current on best practices and organizational policies.

The clientele you will be serving primarily includes individuals and families grappling with severe social issues, including mental health disorders, trauma, and poverty. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
